ABOUT NATIVE SPIRIT THREADS CIC 

Now in 2025,  we are activating the CIC section of Native Spirit Threads focusing on organizing and managing community well-being projects in East Sussex. As a Community Interest Company (CIC) we reinvest our earnings—after covering wages and costs—into supporting craftsmanship and creating meaningful community experiences. One of our key initiatives is Stanmer Rituals, which we co-founded with Design Ecologies. This project is based at Stanmer Organics, where we rent a plot in Stanmer Park to host immersive, nature-based events. Our aim is to strengthen mental health, creativity, and connection through nature, sound, movement, and ritual practices. It’s important to note that the CIC applies only to our community projects in East Sussex, such as Stanmer Rituals. Our Aim Through our projects along the East Sussex coast, we create spaces where people can engage with traditional practices, reconnect with nature, and foster well-being .
